Scott Parks, founder of Scott Parks & Co., is a specialized lawyer to international personal injury recovery and international serious fraud. Mr. Parks is a member attorney of The Florida Bar and Georgia Bar. He is also a registered Practitioner of Foreign Law by the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada. He is a member of numerous professional societies and has lectured frequently on international issues of personal injury, medical negligence, medical malpractice, and international fraud. Prior to founding Scott Parks & Co., Mr. Parks was the managing director at Scott Parks and Co., a Florida law firm with offices throughout the state. Prior to that, in the 1980's, he was a litigator doing primarily insurance defense in Florida and white-collar criminal defense in Atlanta, Georgia.
