Prior to founding Scott Parks & Co., Mr. Parks was the managing director at Scott Parks and Co., a Florida law firm with offices throughout the state. Prior to that, in the 1980's, he was a litigator doing primarily insurance defense in Florida and white-collar criminal defense in Atlanta, Georgia.
