No.
Who qualifies?
If the word "Dow Corning", "Dow", "Cronin" or "Silastic" appear on your medical records (or your breast implants) and you have registered, you will qualify for payouts from the $3.2 billion fund that is now approved and set up. If you do not know which company made your implants, Scott Parks & Co. will arrange for specialists who can help you to determine the manufacturer.
How much is the payout?
Settlement payments can range from as low as $2,000 to more than $300,000.

What is the highest payout category?
Women with Dow Corning silicone breast implants can receive payments ranging from $10,000 to $30,000 if they demonstrate that certain medical conditions qualify them for disease payment. In some cases, it is possible to combine their disease payment with payments for an implant removal surgery ($5,000) and a ruptured implant ($20,000).
What if a woman's medical condition worsens after she has been paid out?
If a woman's disease or medical condition changes after she has been compensated between $10,000 and $300,000 under the disease payment, she may qualify for additional compensation for that medical condition during the 15 year life of the program provided that she has not accepted the expedited payment of $2,000.
What are the attorney's fees?
Basically, it is no collection, no fee. Women with Dow Corning silicone breast implants pay Scott Parks & Co. no personal injury lawyer fee unless there is a payout. Attorney fees are limited by Court Order to be no more than 30% of the money that the client receives from the Dow Corning settlement payout. Court Order requires a lower lawyer's fee for clients in some categories.
